Endemic in Tibetan Buddhism is the use of Prayer Wheels, powered by Water, Wind, Electricity, hands, indeed anything that will cause it to revolve clockwise, this one is electrical. The aspiration, wish of mind radiates for the benefit of all sentient beings.
