Had John Lennon not been gunned down in 1980 in an act of sheer madness, today he would be 70.
The Beatles were part of the cultural revolution which transformed the 60's throughout the western world. A period of optimistic creativity and happiness that seemed to infect the whole nation here in the UK. An art student myself at the time, it was not unusual for all the passengers on the night service public transport from Birmingham City Centre to the suburbs to spontaneously burst into Beatles songs, yes, amazing times.
I was reminded of thus when looking for John Lennon Videos.
