North Fife Food Main Course Monkfish
North Fife Food Main Course Monkfish locally caught. Oven roasted in Bacon with a Herb crust and lemon dressing. Tonight as a family we treated ourselves to a meal out at the Sun Gastro Bar and Restaurant in Cupar. Our daughters had Roasted Pork Loin with local chorizo and creamy leek sauce. Guinea Fowl stuffed with with mushrooms and served with a peppercorn sauce. We all thoroughly enjoyed our dishes and recommend to all that appreciate to eat good food in pleasant surroundings to test and know for yourself.
