Tiriodh Ceilidh Band

Tiriodh Ceilidh Band from Windygates Fife. Performing at the Falkland Annual Music Festival in the community hall. I enjoyed the performance very much. The Waltzes I (now I'm in my dotage) would have preferred a slower and or mixed tempo to dance to.
'Tiriodh' are an energetic young ceilidh band based in Fife, Scotland. They provide lively dance music for ceilidhs and other functions where the atmosphere of a live band highlights the occasion.
They are primarily a duo comprising of Accordion with Midi bass, and Scottish Smallpipes, but can also provide Drums and African Percussion.
They play for all the standard ceilidh dances and they can also perform traditional music in a concert setting if required.
They have performed throughout Scotland and have twice been invited to play at the "Festival de la Saint Loup" in Brittany, France.
